Finality of Transactions
All purchases of NEBA Token are final. Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions recorded on the blockchain, once a purchase is completed and tokens are transferred to your digital wallet, the transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are non-refundable.
Policy for Consumers in the European Union
For consumers within the European Union, specific regulations apply to the sale of digital products. NEBA Token is classified as "digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium" under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
While EU consumers typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, this right does not apply to the immediate delivery of digital content. To receive your NEBA Tokens immediately after purchase, you must provide your explicit consent.
By completing the purchase process, you:
- Give your prior express consent to the immediate performance of the contract (i.e., the immediate transfer of NEBA Tokens to your wallet).
- Acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun.
Therefore, upon successful delivery of the tokens, the purchase is final and not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions for Technical Errors
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a verified technical error originating from the NEBA Token platform. Such cases may include a duplicate charge for a single transaction or a failure to deliver the purchased tokens due to a fault in our system.
If you believe a technical error has occurred, please contact our support team with all relevant transaction details. Our team will investigate the matter, and if a technical error on our part is confirmed, we will take the necessary steps to correct it.
