NEXT BASKET is committed to delivering high-quality services to its partners. According to our Terms of Service, all payments made to NEXT BASKET and NEBA token TGE are final and non-refundable.

All amounts received by NEXT BASKET and NEBA token TGE for services rendered—including, but not limited to, subscription fees, charges for additional services, and other related payments—are non-refundable.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction or error on the part of NEXT BASKET and NEBA token TGE that results in the inability to use the services, NEXT BASKET and NEBA token TGE may, at its discretion, offer compensation in the form of credit for future services.

Upon termination of services by the partner, regardless of the reason, any prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
