These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern the NEBA Token Referral Program (“Program“) offered by NEBA Token (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). By participating in the Program, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your“) agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Account Registration: Must have a registered account on the official NEBA Token website.
• Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• New Users Only: Referrals must be new users who have not previously registered with NEBA Token.
• Unique Registration: Must register through your unique referral link during the Program period.
• Activity Completion: Must complete the required activities as specified in Section 5.

• Start Date: January 3, 2025, at 12:00 AM UTC.
• End Date: February 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC.

• Login: Sign in to your NEBA Token account.
• Access Referral Section: Navigate to the “Referral Program” page.
• Generate Link: Obtain your unique referral link.

• Share Your Link: Distribute your referral link via social media, email, or other communication channels.
• Encourage Registration: Inform your network about NEBA Token and encourage them to register.

• Eligibility for Prizes: You must successfully refer a minimum of ten (10) friends or colleagues who meet the Referral Eligibility criteria to qualify for any prizes.

• Registration: The referral must sign up using your unique link within the Program period.
• Activity Completion: The referral must complete at least one of the following activities:
  • Purchase a minimum of NEBA Tokens equivalent to $50.
  • Stake NEBA Tokens for a minimum period as specified on the staking page.
  • Any other activity as defined by the Company during the Program.

• Point Allocation: You earn points for each successful referral.
• Additional Points: Extra points may be awarded based on the referral’s level of engagement (e.g., higher token purchases, longer staking periods).

• Real-Time Updates: Monitor your ranking on the Program leaderboard in your account dashboard.
• Tie-Breakers: In case of a tie in points, the participant who reached the points total first will rank higher.

• Prizes will be awarded to participants based on their final ranking:
  • First Place: $100,000 USD worth of NEBA Tokens
  • Second Place: $50,000 USD worth of NEBA Tokens
  • Third Place: $20,000 USD worth of NEBA Tokens
  • Runner-Up Prizes: Five (5) prizes of $1,000 USD worth of NEBA Tokens each

• Fixed Rate: Prizes will be calculated based on a token price of $0.05 per NEBA Token.
• Token Quantity: The number of tokens awarded will be the prize amount divided by $0.05.

• Notification: Winners will be notified via email and account notifications within 15 days after the Program ends.
• Distribution Date: Prizes will be credited to winners’ NEBA Token accounts within 60 days after the Program concludes.
• Claim Requirements: Winners may need to complete additional verification steps before receiving prizes.

• Honest Participation: Participants must engage in the Program fairly. Any form of manipulation or fraud is prohibited.
• Legal Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

• Grounds for Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of:
  • Using multiple accounts.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Violating these Terms.
• Consequences: Disqualified participants forfeit all prizes and may be banned from future programs.

• Participant Responsibility: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
• Consultation Recommended: Participants should consult their tax advisors regarding the tax implications of receiving cryptocurrency prizes.

• No Liability: The Company is not liable for:
  • Any technical errors affecting participation.
  • Unauthorized access or alterations to entries.
  • Any damages or losses arising from participation or prize acceptance.
• Force Majeure: The Company is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control.

• Data Collection: By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for Program administration.
• Privacy Policy: All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Promotional Materials: Participants grant the Company the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Content Ownership: All Program materials are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

• Program Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time.
• Notice of Changes: Any changes will be posted on the NEBA Token website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].

• No Endorsement: Participation does not imply endorsement of any third-party products or services.
